Catalina is an excellent bartender, being able to coordinate and serve in our 40 people business mixer with high end cocktails and soft drinks. She took care of all of my guests in a timely manner and kept the bar well stocked and flowing, just loved her attitude and calm demeanor despite the limited time frame we had, everyone was beyond satisfied.

We hired Catalina for our wedding, being vegans we had a lot of constraints food and drink wise we wanted healthier alternatives than alcohol. Loved the juice bar food truck idea and the willingness she had to hand craft a menu tailored just for our needs while providing variety and selection at the same time. She was able to get an amazing price for the farmhouse we were looking for and it was not only due to her hard work but also to her amazing negotiation skills, since the venue was closed during the time we were looking to book. She made our day beautiful and me.

Running Art Basel, the most stressful art event of the year, got us into a bit of a hiccup, our catering dropped last minute with the wrong order and Catalina was hired just to run the logistics part. Last minute she called a new place who was able to deliver delicious food quickly and on time. It was a big save for us as we were already caught up on all the other details. Everyone enjoyed our after party and the time spent at our booth. Thanks Catalina
