- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with getting to know you and your vision for the event. We like to schedule a quick phone call to hear all the details, answer your questions, and understand exactly what you’re looking for: from the type of event and guest count to your preferred drinks, bar setup, and overall atmosphere. From there, we create a customized service plan and can help with everything from signature cocktail selections and alcohol quantities to mixers, garnishes, staffing, and bar setup. Once everything is confirmed, we take care of the details so you can focus on enjoying your event while we make sure the bar service runs smoothly from start to finish.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with a wide variety of clients and events, from intimate private celebrations and birthday parties to weddings, corporate events, brand activations, yacht events, and large-scale luxury celebrations. Our services are designed to adapt to each client and setting, whether you’re hosting at a private residence, event venue, corporate space, or aboard a yacht. We customize the bar experience around your event, your guests, and your vision, with professional service, handcrafted cocktails, and attention to every detail.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of our favorite recent projects was a private Willy Wonka–themed event for 300 guests at a beautiful private mansion. The planning process took approximately two months and involved a professional team of 25 people to bring every detail of the experience to life. We designed the bar service entirely around the theme, beginning with a champagne wall experience to welcome guests as they arrived. Every cocktail featured its own Willy Wonka–inspired twist, including custom-made garnishes, edible glitter details, and Golden Ticket props. We even coordinated tailored costumes for our team to create a cohesive look that complemented the world of Willy Wonka throughout the event. It was an incredibly fun project, but also one that required extensive planning, coordination, and attention to detail. Experiences like this are exactly what we love to do. Whether a client comes to us with a classic vision or a completely outside-the-box idea, our team has the experience and creativity to turn it into a polished, professional bar experience.
