Killer Cross Basketball and Personal Training

Introduction: From a very young age I have had a never ending love for basketball and psychical training. I know first hand what a good Trainer/ Coach can do to an athlete on, and off the court. My business varies from general skills training to individual training, and individual positions training (point guard, shooting guard, center...etc). I recently graduated high school last year and I believe my young age has an advantage due to the fact that I can relate to young athletes much more than other trainers. My goal is to improve the athlete's skill, and overall performance as well as real life situations such as school. My business is meant to better your kids on and off the court. Another field of my business is the personal training aspect. My methods include personalized solutions to reach your goal in a certain amount of time. Another service I offer is meal plans and post workout routines
