Errol came to us for re-branding on another contract but due to his personality and extreme knowledge of personal ambitions, we asked him to come back and help with our company culture as well. We had break out sessions that pin-pointed some of the top areas that our employees were struggling with that management had no idea about. It was an amazing improvement in a very short amount of time.

We loved his one-one training sessions so we opted to implement is Forced Accountability services. We were texted, emailed, and called daily to make sure we were on task. Not delivering what we promised caused dire consequences. It was a tough lesson to learn but we realized how much time we lost by not staying focused. Again, difficult, but the results were well worth it.

We are a 100% Sales Company. Clients come to us to design their phone campaigns, upgrade their contact lists, and create their CRM systems. We need to exude confidence on every call as well as make sure we follow-up on all leads and deals. Errol brought us back to our Original Eager Salesman state. Even had us watch Glengarry Glen Ross, Wolf on Wall Street and Boiler Room to get us juiced up. It was really great to see the competitive edge sharpen across the board.
