FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All the prices are tentative until a formal contract has been signed and details of the menus & services are discussed and agreed upon. Our prices are always per person with an addition of sales taxes. Gratuity are not included in the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we do a telephonic consultation to understand the requirement and dietary preferences. It is imperative to tell us about your budget as clearly as you can, as based on that we can offer the menu options & service varieties. Each menu has a different price point hence your budget will be the defining factor and building block for our proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done my bachelors and masters in culinary art and hospitality management.
