- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am actively a member of the American Chef Federation and United States Personal Chef Association. I take a lot of courses and attend a lot of seminars to keep my skills and mind sharp.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always wanted to get into business for myself and I absolutely love to cook and make people happy, so this made the most perfect sense to me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs right now are the in home weekly chef services. Many professional are busy and want to eat right but are constrained by time and availability. I also get a lot of single dads or moms that just need that little bit of free time to breath. That's where I come in and cook them an awesome well balanced, great tasting meal or meals.
