FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, equipment selected, and project conditions. We provide detailed written estimates with no hidden fees and take the time to explain all pricing, options, and recommendations so customers can make informed decisions. Final pricing may vary only if there are changes in the project scope, unforeseen conditions, or additional work requested by the customer. We offer competitive pricing, free on-site estimates for air conditioning replacements and new installations, and financing options for qualified customers. All pricing includes licensed and insured labor, permits when required, and code-compliant installation in accordance with Florida Building Code and local regulations. Our goal is to provide high-quality service, fair pricing, and complete transparency from the first visit to project completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive the initial request, we contact the customer to schedule a free on-site visit to evaluate the project. During the visit, our specialist performs a full assessment and provides an estimate on the spot. The customer can review the proposal immediately, and our specialist explains in detail all aspects of the system, scope of work, pricing, and available options. If the customer approves the estimate, the contract can be generated and signed electronically during the visit. Financing options are also available and can be applied for on-site in just 5–10 minutes, if needed. Once the first phase is completed, we coordinate the installation or service date based on what is most convenient and efficient for the customer. We keep you informed at every step to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained and highly experienced in residential and commercial HVAC systems. We receive continuous technical training on system installation, diagnostics, energy-efficient equipment, and Florida Building Code compliance. Our technicians are certified and trained to work with modern high-efficiency systems, ductwork design, indoor air quality solutions, and manufacturer-specific equipment. We stay up to date with the latest industry standards, safety practices, and local regulations to ensure every project is completed correctly, efficiently, and in full compliance with state and local codes
