- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price will NEVER change once the paperwork is signed. Once a price is agreed upon by the home owner and our cooling specialist that is the final price. There will be no extra charge due to "unforeseen circumstances".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Appointment is scheduled same day or at a time/day that is most convenient for the customer. Our Cooling Specialist will drive personally to the property and quote customer within 30 minutes. (we believe all of our home owner's time is valuable and should not be wasted with a sales pitch) During the appointment we give home owners multiple options from most economic to most efficient. Project process is also explained from start to finish. (We know most home owners are not HVAC experts and we like to explain something like an HVAC replacement project that can be overwhelming to some home owners and make it as simple as possible to understand) Installation is scheduled for the same day or next day Once installation is complete we explain to the customer what was done and the functionalities of their new unit or ducts. Customer approves project upgrades and project is closed. (All of our units come with a 10 year manufacturer part warranty, and a 1 year labor warranty)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of combined experience from both owners. This experience includes sales, project management, and installation. Our installers are required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience before we consider hiring them into our team.
