They showed up on time, good work honest company, explained the scope of work, didn't try to upsell in fact he corrected a potential problem to prevent a near future mayor repair. He was recommended by my nephew they recently installed a new unit, at a very reasonable price and excellent workmanship.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $65 residential service call fee at the time of the visit and $85 for commercial. We will then provide you with a diagnostics and estimate, if we are hired to do the job we will then provide you with a credit for the service call fee to your final invoice.
