Vincent was excellent, great personality, polite, explained and answered all our questions and resolved our ac problems. He provided a quote, worked tirelessly until the ac repaired. Removed AC coil from until acid washed it, cleaned it so good it looked brand new and reassembled the AC, started it and checked several air ducts and temperatures. Very happy that my brother-in-law,John Prunty was here and referred me to Thumbtack and Samico Services. Super happy with Services rendered

Context: I had 2 other electricians come out to try to upgrade my thermostat previously and both were unable to figure out how to do it. I described this to Vicente beforehand in the app and he was not afraid to take on the challenge. He was very prompt to answer my questions and made a great recommendation on which thermostat brand to get based on his extensive experience. He communicated promptly and notified me of when he was on his way. He completed the job very effectively and even tidied up the mess of wiring in the air handler left from previous "professionals". Vicente obviously knows thermostat installations very well and I would contact him again for future electrical work!!
