Brian did an outstanding job servicing our A/C system last Saturday. He spent nearly four hours thoroughly cleaning both our indoor and outdoor units, and the difference in his attention to detail was obvious. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing.
What I appreciated most was that he didn't just complete the maintenance—he also showed us how to better care for our A/C system between service visits to help keep it running efficiently. It's rare to find someone who genuinely wants to educate their customers.

I am very satisfied with the maintenance Frozone performed on my air conditioner. They did a deep cleaning of both the indoor and outdoor units, paying attention to every detail and keeping the work area clean. It’s clear they know what they’re doing. I will definitely hire them again.
