The technician arrived on time. After accessing the HVAC system he begun to wire and troubleshoot my Nest thermostat. My old Honeywell thermostat did not use a common wire. So, the technician investigated the HVAC system and wiring diagram. He quickly diagnosed the connection issue and installed the Nest thermostat. This was a small job (thermostat replacement) but I couldn't find the "C" wire to complete the installation. Kevin knew exactly what I was talking about, opened the back of the a/c unit, found the wire and made the connection, quickly and efficiently. I requested the service a Sunday and after an hour I already setup next day the appointment and the price for the service. The technician did a good job installing a smart thermostat. Instead to use an adapter C, he recommend me to wire again without the necessity to use the adapter. He made a really good job. Definitely in case I will need AC service I will call back the company

I was quite concerned that the NEST thermostat may not be compatible with my White Rogers 15 year old thermostat but I really wanted to upgrade and replace it. I even checked online with NEST and was discouraged (the chat got discontinued after about 30 minutes of being on hold and going thru it with the customer support - ugh!) Derrick felt confident it would work and I agreed to give it a chance. It's awesome! And, while he was here, he guided my on downloading the NEST app, registering, entering a code and confirming I could manage my NEST from my iphone. It's such a HUGE improvement and I suspect I'll reduce my energy bill as an added bonus. We're very happy with the device and totally pleased with Derrick's installation and support!

Occasionally you come across someone who truly stands out. Tony is one of them. What should have been a simple Google nest thermostat install turned out to be a difficult project because of the wiring in my home. Tony went way above and beyond. He was persistent he had to come back a couple of times. He never gave up. He was dedicated to getting the job done figuring it out. He was so fair with his pricing. Not only am I giving his workmanship and trustworthiness an excellent review but I just want to really want to say what a great person this guy is
