- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a fast response and a clear arrival window. Once on-site, I perform a comprehensive diagnostic to find the exact cause of the issue. I then explain the situation in plain English and provide you with repair or replacement options. Once you approve, we get to work immediately to restore your air. We always finish with a system test and a clean workspace.
