Ozzy was extremely responsive and detailed in his inspection of the situation. My AC broke mid day, and every minute counted, so he was extremely speedy and efficient! Within 30-50 minutes my AC problem was fixed and we could finally breathe! Definitely recommend their services!

Ozzy and his team were amazing. What I thought was just a leak, turned into a bigger issue I didn’t know I had. Instead of doing a quick fix, they addressed the major issue which was the old metal AC ducts were condensing creating several leaks and damaging the ceiling with mold. Ozzy’s team replaced our entire duct system and fixed our drywall. Everything went smooth with zero issues and the job exceeded expectations. Highly recommend them and would hire again!

I cannot recommend these guys enough for HVAC service. He went above and beyond to get our unit back up and running during a really stressful situation.

* Persistence: He came out late on a Friday evening and worked incredibly hard to try and clear a stubborn clog. Even when it proved to be a difficult fix, he didn't give up.
* Dedication: He returned Saturday afternoon with specialized equipment to finally get the job finished correctly. He was determined to make sure we were taken care of.
* Honesty & Value: Despite coming out twice and putting in significant extra effort, he only charged us for a single visit. It is rare to find that kind of integrity these days.
* Genuine Care: He clearly takes pride in his work. He has followed up with us multiple times since the repair to ensure everything is still running perfectly and that we are satisfied.

My air conditioner condenser was leaking, so on Thumbtack I posted a service requested. Ozzy from Ice City AC promptly called me. I explained the situation and send a video. We discussed what time he will be available. Ozzy sent me msg that he will be arriving soon. Since I live in Tampa, I needed to know the progress of the work. Ozzy send me pictures of the issue. He was able to diagnose the issue, we discussed the price and the time frame to resolve the issue. He was able to resolve the issue within the time frame. The price was reasonable. He send me pictures of the work and the end result. I was very happy with the work, his communication skills. Fair pricing. Overall I am sure to use him again if occasion arise.
