Ozzy and his team were amazing. What I thought was just a leak, turned into a bigger issue I didn’t know I had. Instead of doing a quick fix, they addressed the major issue which was the old metal AC ducts were condensing creating several leaks and damaging the ceiling with mold. Ozzy’s team replaced our entire duct system and fixed our drywall. Everything went smooth with zero issues and the job exceeded expectations. Highly recommend them and would hire again!

I cannot recommend these guys enough for HVAC service. He went above and beyond to get our unit back up and running during a really stressful situation.
Here’s why he deserves five stars:
* Persistence: He came out late on a Friday evening and worked incredibly hard to try and clear a stubborn clog. Even when it proved to be a difficult fix, he didn't give up.
* Dedication: He returned Saturday afternoon with specialized equipment to finally get the job finished correctly. He was determined to make sure we were taken care of.
* Honesty & Value: Despite coming out twice and putting in significant extra effort, he only charged us for a single visit. It is rare to find that kind of integrity these days.
* Genuine Care: He clearly takes pride in his work. He has followed up with us multiple times since the repair to ensure everything is still running perfectly and that we are satisfied.

Ozzy gave honest assessment of work needing to be done. He offered Repair, not replacement at 1/4 the cost of replacement. The outfit that replaced my a/c unit overcharged me, and wanted to gouge some more with complete replacement. Thankfully, Ozzy convinced me that ducts were still in good condition, only one section needed replacement, and ghe has guaranteed his work. I highly recommend him and Ice City.
