As a Board Member of our condominium's Men's Club, I chaired a dinner-dance held in our Community Room. Anthony Wilson catered my event. I was extremely pleased with the quality and preparation of the entire meal as well as with the service provided by the servers. Guests who spoke to me afterwards stated that it was the best food they ever had at our Men's Gala. I was not surprised to hear that since that was also my opinion. The salmon and chicken entrees were flavorful. The vegetables and potato were cooked just right. When the catering staff left, the kitchen was in pristine condition. I highly recommend Chef Anthony.

I hired Anthony to cater an event for me for myself and 15 of my friends. When I say he exceed my expectation, that will be an understatement. Anthonys display presentation was so phenomenal and the food was so delicious. He's a great Chef and pays close attention to his detains as well as taste. He goes above and beyond what you might have in mind for your event and not to mention one of the most kindest, humble beautiful people I've meet in years. And for that, I will and have I recommend him to all my friend and will hire him again for my next event.

Chef Anthony and Chef Everad were great from our first phone call. The food was delicious, great presentation. Both are very professional. My kitchen was cleaner when they left my home than it was before they got there. I would recommend this team for your next dinner party or celebration.
