- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront pricing, meaning you know the cost of the project before we start, we also offer discounts to military, senior citizens, and first time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like to meet with the customer to let them know what exactly needs to be done and why, give them a written estimate, and perform the work. Also we assure they are satisfied before we call the job complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience and hold a master electricians license for over 5 years now.
