hello the customer contacted me because the princesses she said were late I don't own these characters in particular that she's got so I was frustrated because not at the customer but she did not mention that I was frustrated and annoyed at the party rental because my rules are if they're going to be late even 1 minute to call the customer and they did not do that for this particular booking this is my rules for any company that I work with whether it's ponies petting zoo bounce house or anything which is professional. so I call the company and they said they just dropped off the two girls. on time. so I called the customer back and she said they were in the garage I guess they were getting ready it sounded like there was a little bit of uncertainty but they were there and they were on time yes I was frustrating annoyed but not at the customer cuz it was not her fault at the party rental company that I was using because they did not follow my rule to call even if they were one minute late cuz I like communication which is a good thing and a professional thing I was never frustrated and annoyed at or with the customer at any point only if a party rental I work with cannot have the workers communicate with the customer that they're going to be late even 1 minute and that is a good thing that I want everybody I work with to communicate and be punctual any questions about this review or reply feel free to reach out to me thank you again it would be great if the person spoke about how adamant I am about professionalism and communication which is very important thank you
