I explained to the customer that in this business like many others sometimes we have to reach out to other companies to help us in this business like many others we all work together and try to help each other. this customer did reach out to me I was not able to provide her the date the time and the price that she was looking for she found another company I did ask her for their info so I can help them to help me if I need it and vice versa. my Santa's just like face painters and clowns and things like that they all have their own individual rates. and I have to check availability when someone calls to hire that person or that service. so the company she hired told me that her Santa was an available so she asked me if I can help find some Santa's for a few of her jobs so I told her yes I'll help you out and I'll help your customers out so that's when I reached out to this lady and I realized it was the same lady I had previously spoken to that she told me she had already booked with. after I left her the voice message this is when she left me the review that I was a scam and the phone and all this kind of stuff which I was shocked about I have five stars no one's ever spoke to me that like that and I don't speak to people like that either I've been in business since 1995. anyway I communicated to the customer on by text by phone I left a voicemail and through the app explaining all this to her and I told her anytime she wanted to call me and we could talk about it cuz I believe it was just a big misunderstanding but I never heard back from her so of course I wanted to put my side of the story so everybody who might not know not just this business of party service but business in general like for example if a plumbing company or electrician company needs a person to fill in cuz maybe they're short that day they will call another company whether they know them or not to see if they can do that job for them so that job gets done for that customer like they promised that customer. they might make a commission they might not make a commission but people in the same types of business work together and help each other and sometimes you're short of something a person maybe he's not available you have to reach out through another company to get that person replaced to do that job to follow through with that job anyway anybody who has any questions about the one star review I got or about my response please feel free to reach out to me by calling me texting me or on this app. my number is 786-443-0036 in case you may have any questions or need for their clarification I just wanted to say my side of the story and again I apologize to this customer for any misunderstanding in any way thank you
