Im giving 2 stars because they did a good job cleaning the windows, but the rest of the house was not cleaned properly. The bathroom wasnt washed with water, and the floors were still dirty after they finished and this was supposed to be a deep cleaning. They didnt even bring a vacuum and ended up using all of my own cleaning products and equipment. If I hadnt had those available, Im not sure what they would have done since they never mentioned needing supplies in advance.We had agreed on a specific price before the service, but afterward they tried to charge me more. I refused and only paid what was originally discussed. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, honestly the worst cleaning service Ive ever had.
