- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients can always call first to get a free estimate, but I assure you our prices are the best in town, even the Apple store sends the clients to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Is an easy process, the customer calls and we give a free estimate quote, the client agrees, brings the laptop, pays a deposit, and is a happy client and a new laptop.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, I have more than 8 years of experience, I started fixing laptops when I was in college and never thought I had my own business.
