Abel is FANTASTIC. He installed a newly purchased monitor; explained the various options for viewing angles, cable configuration and management, and connecting to my work laptop. He also assisted in setting up a hotspot to improve the wireless connection at the AirBnB where I’m staying. And he did all of that in 40 minutes. I charge a travel fee when customer live more than 10 miles from me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a defection and inform the customer about everything previously to perform my job. Even I teach them in maintainance to avoid future technical problems.

I major as Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering in 2007
