We had the best time ever with Paschell and her team! She was very flexible and accommodating with the menu and the food was absolutely delicious!

Paschell did an outstanding job for my anniversary dinner. The food was phenomenal and her service skills are impeccable. She served our dinner, paired with wine, and our desert was over the top. Great job!

Chef Paschell was AMAZING!!!!! She catered a surprise birthday party for me and 20 of my family and friends. She was super friendly and out going. She was very creative with the menu and the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD. From Start to finsh she was super helpful in every aspect of the event. BOOK HER RIGHT AWAY.THANK you again so much Chef we will call you again.

I hired Niki for her catering services for my birthday dinner and it was incredible! Her food was amazing. everyone at the party loved everything she made. she also had an amazing personality and her service was very professional and lovely. I will definitely keep her in mind for other events in the near future.

We had an amazing dinner party with Niki's Nibbles - I suggested a menu and she put a wonderful creative touch to each dish. Everyone was so impressed with the quality of the food and how professional and nice Paschell was - she even stopped by a couple of days before to see what kind of tools we had in the kitchen. I will definitely be calling her the next time we visit Miami!!
