- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really depends On the class/es that they're taking in my price range from $50 - $75 it depends on the package and also the group rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure that they are comfortable, and when I see them show signs of nervousness, I assure them that everything will be fine because I am here help and to calm down and take their time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always reading and checking to see if there are updates. And if so i will update my skills and what's necessary to stay current.
