- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate for pretrial and a flat rate for trial.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Florida Bar mandates that all attorneys take continuing legal education courses. I try to focus my courses in my area of practice to keep up to date with anything new in the field.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We regularly represent individuals who are accused of misdemeanors and felonies in both State and Federal Court. Our attorneys have represented individuals with criminal charges ranging from traffic criminal matters to first degree murder. Mr. Dye has extensive additional training and experience concerning scientific evidence including laboratory analysis of blood, urine, breath testing, solid drug analysis and roadside sobriety exercises.
