Shay came out on a Sunday, the day after I contacted him and provided an estimate. He was very honest and started the job on Wednesday. He did exactly what he said he would and we are thrilled with the results!

I cannot say enough about Shay. We did multiple projects with him from fiberon deck and pilings , concrete path walkways to fences. He is the ONLY contractor I would ever use. His quality of work and responsiveness to his cuteness is something I have never experienced especially here in Florida.
So if you are done losing money either the amateurs out there give him a call. I promise you that you don’t be disappointed.
The only thing that makes me sad is I have nothing else to fix - the man is a visionary.

I am an unfortunate homeowner who had the misfortune of having the aging cast iron pipes collapse in the middle of the pandemic. I started working with a plumbing company who was charging an arm and a leg for identifying the problem. By the time the dig was done, over 60% of my house was destroyed and the cost of plumbing repairs alone was astronomical. Before starting the plumbing repair work, I contacted Amit Construction which was referred to me by my brothers friend to understand the cost of putting my house back together. Even before having a mutually signed agreement with Amit Construction, they were already helping me by putting me in contact with an engineer for the permit application, and they even volunteered to argue the cost of plumbing repairs with the plumbing company I had already contracted. They were able to help me get out of the contract I had already committed to and presented me with a plumbing quote which was a small fraction of what I would have to pony up with the other company. After the contract signed, the white glove service continued. I was promptly introduced to the staff that would be working on my property and the sequency of the repair was very smooth. All my questions were always answered promptly since Neil, the owner, always answered immediately. And I had a lot of questions. Neil and his team were able to get my family back in the house in the agreed upon timeframe. I had heard horror stories about contractors but my experience with Amit construction all positive and I am in process of hiring them again for additional house renovations.Thank you, Amit Construction!

Excellent customer care and quality workmanship! I have been working with Neil Amit/Amit Construction on a total renovation of my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium. The entire condominium was gutted and renovated with new design layout/new electrical/new plumbing etc. Neil Amit has been great to work with. Very patient, reliable, trustworthy and most importantly has become a personal friend. I am looking forward to working with Neil on all of my future projects!
