- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give discounts for return clients and referrals. My rates are very competitive and my goal is to work within a client budget. Also please be aware that the 50% Deposit is non-refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to the customer and get as much information and details as possible. If we come to an agreement, I’ll send them a contract, invoice and any other documents needed to give them peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a professional DJ for over 20 years.
