House of Pups was amazing with my dogs. I was sent videos and pictures and my dogs absolutely loved her. Her service is totally transparent and worth it for our animal babies. I DO PLAN to use her service again and hope she never closes.

I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! From the moment we connected, I felt completely at ease leaving my dogs in her care. She was incredibly attentive, responsible, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. Throughout the entire time, I received regular updates, photos, and little notes that reassured me my dogs were not only safe, but happy and well cared for. It honestly felt like my dogs were on a mini vacation! When I came back, my dogs were relaxed, healthy, and clearly bonded with her. That says everything. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone reliable, kind, and truly exceptional with pets.

Roxana was wonderful with my two old dogs and the parrot. She kept me updated with text and photos while we were out of the country. She really cares about animals and we will definitely use her services again. Highly recommended!!!
