I will teach you how to combine the Japanese art of Reiki Healing and Coach you on how to train your dog or service dog!
Training a puppy or a dog of any age can feel like a never ending journey! You may cry, laugh or even scream (hopefully at yourself, not your dog). Reiki keeps your team (handler and dog) focused, grounded, and revitalized, so that you may have success and a long productive life together! Learn relaxation, meditations and energy healing, tapping into your unique healing energy so that you can focus in on your life and your dog training! Yes, the reiki is for both of you and eventually you may learn to heal yourself (while your dog "heels" or heals with you)!
What is the difference between Dog training and Dog coaching?
Coaching teaches the skills and techniques for YOU to continue training your dog for the rest of your lives together. You will "practice" training your dog for your lifetime together! Just like humans, dogs need "refreshers" even after you have developed a routine and "happy Pack".
Coaching involves a careful observation of you and your dogs relationship (quite often I find human and dog mirror each other). I may suggest "dog" (or even cat) home organization. A bit of redecorating to make both your lives easier! I will teach you to be the LEADER of your Pack, with CONFIDENCE that you are both loved and wonderful creatures in the world! Dogs love unconditionally. Humans learn to live in the moment of this love, as soon as they they choose to live a daily "dog's life". Dogs and Humans learn together what they live.
Once you see things through your dog's eyes and not a human's, your mind and soul will open to a successful team. TRUST in your ability to execute the techniques that are REALISTICALLY tailored to your team and personal relationship, keeping in mind that Dogs Mirror their leaders!
