I contacted Elias at Pole of Cold because I was having issues cooling my home. I messaged him late at night, and he called me back early the next morning. He followed up that day with an in home consultation and came back 2 days later to do a more thorough exam of my duct work as well as provide me with a quote for the work. He came early the next day with his crew to complete the work (change all the ducts, change the main feed line, add 3 returns, and fully seal the a/c closet). Elias and his crew are TOP NOTCH. Not only did they complete the work in 1 day, but they did an awesome and clean job. Their work was over and above what I expected, and the work was reasonable priced as well. Elias was great to deal with, he was proactive about finding solutions for my home and he answered all of my questions. If I need any work done to my A/C in the future, I will definitely be reaching out to this company again.

Definitely would recommend. Contacted them to install an Ecobee smart thermostat . Elias was quick to respond. We settled an appointment. He arrived on time. turns out our old thermostat had rigged up wiring. He informed me about it, fixed it and got the new thermostat working.

Reached out about wiring a UV filter light into handler. They reached out and gave a fair price and was able to be to my house within a few hours that day. Very professional, polite and got everything installed with no issue. Absolutely recommend. Can’t get any better.

Elias was very responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough in helping me repair my unit. He and his team gave me a very detailed diagnostic. They stayed in touch with me when they were behind schedule due to traffic. From start to finish, they were professional. They presented me with many options to help remediate my issue for long term and short term. I love that they went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the detailed process for repairs. They really worked hard to get rid of all the yucky invisible stuff people inhale in their homes. Thank you so much!!! I would definitely consider hiring them for future jobs. I highly recommend this business for your ac repairs.
