I contacted Elias at Pole of Cold because I was having issues cooling my home. I messaged him late at night, and he called me back early the next morning. He followed up that day with an in home consultation and came back 2 days later to do a more thorough exam of my duct work as well as provide me with a quote for the work. He came early the next day with his crew to complete the work (change all the ducts, change the main feed line, add 3 returns, and fully seal the a/c closet). Elias and his crew are TOP NOTCH. Not only did they complete the work in 1 day, but they did an awesome and clean job. Their work was over and above what I expected, and the work was reasonable priced as well. Elias was great to deal with, he was proactive about finding solutions for my home and he answered all of my questions. If I need any work done to my A/C in the future, I will definitely be reaching out to this company again.
