AMAZING SERVICE!! Miguel from MAAC Electrical Services does amazing work. He arrived on time, was very professional and pleasant, and listened as I explained the electrical issues impacting my porch and Ring. Within minutes of his careful inspection, Miguel took time to explain the problem and told me exactly what was needed as it was a hardware problem, not an electricalwiring problem. He waited for me to get what was needed and installed a new porch lamp and fixed the issue with my wired Ring doorbell. Miguel worked efficiently and with care. I will absolutely call him again when I’m ready to install new lighting throughout my home!
He was amazing and he knew exactly what he was doing. Something two other experienced electricians couldn’t figure and he did in the matter of minutes and resolved it under an hour. He went to Home Depot and got the part. I am very happy Miguel and his services. I am highly recommending him.

Miguel was A-Mazing. He came to the house twice and was a few minutes early to both appointments. He even confirmed the night before by text. He was extremely friendly, gave his opinion when asked but listened to what we wanted and his work quality is excellent. He installed fans, coach lamps, outlets and string lights on our patio. He is now saved in my phone as he will be my first call for any future work. The best.

Clients must understand that when we professionals provide a price or quote for a job, we always take into account the cost of materials and the difficulty of the work involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new client involves reaching out to them to ask what they aim to achieve with their project. I explain that it is often not possible to provide a quote over the phone, as there are important site-specific conditions that can only be assessed in person. I then conduct a site visit, provide a quote, and carry out the work with the utmost promptness and quality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The greatest qualification a professional can possess is years of practical experience in their trade—in addition to having studied at an institution where they received instruction and qualified to perform the work. In my own case, I studied and successfully graduated as an electrician; however, the most valuable lessons I have learned have come from gaining experience out in the field.
