They were very reasonably priced, professional, flexible, quick and courteous. We were working with a relatively small time window and they asked if I had a stepladder to save time and avoid going downstairs to their van to get one. I pulled one out of my utility closet. When he was done, he quietly folded it back up, put it back where it was and closed the closet door. That's a first! And yes, they fixed the problem with the electric. Good guys.
