Our pricing reflects the quality of materials, surface preparation, and craftsmanship involved in each project. Every estimate is customized based on square footage, concrete condition, prep requirements, and coating system selected. We provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Occasional promotions may be available, and a deposit is required to secure your installation date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief conversation to understand your goals and answer initial questions. Next, we schedule an on-site evaluation to inspect the concrete, check moisture conditions, and review color and finish options. After that, you’ll receive a detailed written estimate outlining the recommended system, timeline, and warranty. Once approved, we schedule the installation — most projects are completed in one day and ready for vehicle traffic within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Civil Engineer, my wife and Partner is a Materials Engineer and our team is professionally trained in mechanical surface preparation and installation of industrial-grade CycloSpartic coating systems. We follow manufacturer-approved installation methods and best practices to ensure long-term adhesion and performance, especially in South Florida’s climate.
