******WHAT TO EXPECT*****
Once you have reserved your date, we will reach out to you to gather more details such as the venue address and contact people that we can communicate with at the venue.
Once we reach out to you, we can also learn what shots are important and combined with your help we will device a strategy and all this information is stores in our client’s online database which you can review at any time.
Our client database system will have all the specifications of your initial formal quote and all the specs including special instructions and our system allows us to stay very organized.
Next, we will contact you 2 weeks before the wedding to recap all the information we had initially gathered from our initial wedding meeting to make sure that nothing has changed and they we are ready for your special event.
On the day of the event we will arrive 45 mins early so we can orientate with the venue managers and communicate as well as outline where each equipment will be initiated.
****SAFETY AND INSURANCE****
Photo Web Concepts is fully insured which covers all our employees, equipment and any health-related issues while on the job but that’s not all our insurance also covers any accidental incident by either from any photo Web employees as well as any accidental damages caused by any of your guest to our equipment while we are at the venue no matter weather the venue is at a resort hotel or in a house wedding which creates a worry free service to all our customers.

Rick and Cecelia are both incredible! They were 30 minutes early to set up and conducted themselves in a professional manner throughout. They were helpful, funny and, flexible. They allowed my wife and I to take as many pictures as we liked and they gave us ideas as to what to do. Cecelia was so sweet and helpful to the point where she would adjust my dress and my Vail to ensure everything was perfect! They were absolutely amazing an my pictures are incredible. I would use them again and again!!! I was extremely nervous at first because I live out of state but Rick and Cecelia accommodated my needs and left me with nothing to worry about. I can’t stop looking at my Photos!!!!!!! Pick them and you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!

Extremely professional from beginning til end. Captured our special day to perfection. My beach wedding pictures came out amazing. ❤
We hired Web Concepts for both photography and video. Overall i can't complain. Rick along with his assistant were on time as instructed by the planner. Easy to work with. Very flexible with time just in case we needed them to stay longer of course for a charge. They honored all our requests. I am the Indian bride from his latest jobs, so you can check their site to view the quality. They captured all the memorable events.
The only recommendation is with Video, a quick 3-5 minute movie of the whole day would have been a great and easy for us to share with the families instead of the entire raw footage.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a great price based on the type of quality that we provide, and we will always give 150% to make your event special.
Every job come with a minimum of 2 photographers on site
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process consist of a formal quote that will outline all the services that you will be receiving and once the quote is approved through our automated approval system the job is setup on our calendar as a service to be fulfilled.
The customer at this point provides the minimum required deposit to reserve their date and once that’s completed we will then confirm all the details of your quote as well as speak with you to gather any details of your even that will be required of us to complete your project effectively and efficiently.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 25 years of experience taking photo and video so we have the expertise to guide our customer through the whole process by asking all the questions that will make the event go as smooth as possible.
