My greatest passions are my beautiful wife, our three amazing daughters, and photography. I’ve photographed weddings in 32 states and several countries around the world, and I still love doing this as much as I did when I first started.
I got into wedding photography in 2006 after photographing a friend’s wedding, and I was immediately hooked. It combined everything I love—real moments, style, emotion, and telling a story as it happens.
My love of photography is a natural result of my interest in art, design and culture. I have a background in graphic communications and have worked with a range of well-known publications, including Rolling Stone, Architectural Digest, Bon Appétit, and The New Yorker. I also worked on staff at a NYC celebrity and lifestyle magazine, which helped inform how I approach my work today.
My approach to weddings is calm and low-key. I don’t stage your day. I pay attention, stay aware of what’s unfolding, and focus on the in-between moments that often end up meaning the most.
Every wedding is a collaboration. My goal is to create honest, timeless photographs that reflect the people, relationships, and moments that make the day uniquely yours.
