I reach out to TECH 360 for a service that was not even listed on their site I just purchased a new triple monitor stand with 3 new computer monitors because we are getting ready to work from home again and I needed to get them all assembled I received a reply right away and was told that it was not a challenge for them and that it could be done in 30 minutes . I was able to follow the link and select my appointment and pay for the service all under 5 minutes ,very user friendly check out system . I was notified when my tech was on his way. My Tech arrived on time and completed the job in 30 minutes, he even took the time to explain how to adjust the height and monitor angles with the tools that came with the stand. It was an overall great experience with TECH 360 I am a happy customer Thank you!!!!

Being a bit more “mature” and not that tech savvy, my issue turned out to be really a non--issue. He of course solved my problem immediately, but he did not make me feel like an idiot. He made me feel comfortable and gave me some information regarding apiece of equipment I needed to get. I felt very comfortable with him and would not hesitate To call him again with any problem my might have regarding my computers. He seemed very knowledgeable.
