Daniel came the same evening I called him despite the fact he was a county or two away when I called. He set two traps, and just the second night, the possum I had walked right into the trap--he was that greedy. Daniel picked him up the next morning--problem completely solved. The possum is now living somewhere in the Everglades. Daniel was one of the nicest people I have met. He clearly cared about my problem, understood my concerns (not wanting any of the neighborhood pets or foxes to be trapped), was knowledgeable, obviously responsive by text, telephone, and presence, and was friendly through everything. I can't think of a better person to solve any future animal problems I have. I would have chosen all five items above (adding value and professionalism), but the app only allowed for three.
