A rare professional in Miami. Avelino arrived on time as scheduled, which was very important to me as my day runs on a very tight schedule & it was the perfect way for him to make a great first impression. He informed me of the entire process, explained what he would be doing, later showed me the problem areas where he found the bed bug nest, and ultimately provided two forms of treatment. He was thorough & inspected every area of my studio. I'm more than happy with the service he provided & would recommend him to anyone experiencing an extermination issue. I will certainly rely on him in the future should the need arise.

We are new to the area and had been experiencing a constant pest issue. Of the different companies that contacted us, we chose Kairos Pest Control. Mr. Gonzalez ,from Kairos, was extremely professional. He listened to the pest issues, explained best way to combat the pest problem. After treatment he explained how to keep family and pets safe in treatment areas. I am extremely please and would definitely recommend Kairos to others.

I am so glad I found Kairos Pest Control! The owner, Avelino, replied right away and with a very reasonable quote. I have a difficult schedule but he was able to do the job early the following day. He was on time and even sent me a couple of emails to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he thoroughly explained the process and got to work right away. We even set up a follow up visit for next week just to make sure all is ok.
I love dealing with young entrepreneurs. Avelino has that drive to be successful and it is clear he loves what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely keep doing business with him. You should too.

AWESOME SERVICE!!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! I noticed a few roaches in one of my properties and needed this problem eliminated ASAP! After 5 mins of posting on Thumbtack, I was contacted by Avelino from Kairos Pest Control. He assured me everything would be taken care of & met me at my property at the ideal time that worked for me! Once he arrived, he was extremely courteous, knowledgeable & a pleasure to work with. He also provided me very detailed marketing material in his company's customized folder. It's so difficult trying to find great service & quality in Miami & I'm very happy with the services that were provided. After only 1 treatment, I have my property back completely roach-free. I'll be using Avelino & his company again in the future for all of my other properties if they ever have any pest issues.
