I would not recommend! Its already been a mess trying to find any lawyers wanting to help but that this office didn't even want to give the time of day. They explained they have Saturday hours, when I expressed that's what I would need, they then tried explaining that I would need to come in on the weekday. I explained impossible as they are only open until 5:00pm and I get out of work at 5 and live in Davie, no way I would make it. I explained Saturday was just to let me know what was available. Then they tried pushing me to find another attorney. I apologize my time and money is not worth it to the this attorney, I guess I will still be on my quest to try and find someone to assist.

I wanted to give 0 stars but it won't post... So this is the lowest... Beware... Despite calling a week ahead and scheduling an appointment thru my EAP, the office seems to be missing what is the attorney's fees and needs.My EAP includes a free consultation, I was asked by the paralegal and the receptionist to send a consent form as well as any document related to the case.I provided my email 6 days before the appointment only to receive the forms a day before the appointment.When the time came for the telephone call ( I live in California and the attorney is in Miami) I was on hold for about 10 mins only to have the receptionist tell me that unless I pay for the attorney to review the documents related to the case, she could not provide the free consultation. That the consult is free under the EAP but reviewing the docs had a cost of $90.00.If you decide that this is the law firm you want to represent you, just be aware that there may be additional fees not disclosed by the office.I understand that "talking" to a lawyer is free, and that her "time" is money but news for you, my time makes me the money that I will pay you.

I heard once; the lawyer that charges $500 an hour will get things done in an hour, and the one that charges $100 an hour will get it done in 6. Milene will get nothing done in 100s of hours. From late 2016 until today I WASTED over $10,000+ on her and absolutely nothing was done for me. I ended up in the same position months later. She acts like shes extremely invested in your case, which means of course shes ALWAYS diligently working the case. Her legal aid will even check your docket weekly for the low price of $10. If Milene checks its $20... If you have a paralegal friend have them look it up. It takes 3 seconds just to open a web page that says no changes because of course there hasnt been any changes. But she wants to be super sure I guess. Lets not forget the $90 worth of paper she cant wait to print for you and then charge you for sending the electronic copy too. Even though Eservices will email you the same thing. It's 2018 stop printing things! Best part was my ex had a REAL lawyer and at mediation Milene couldnt even get a word in. If its a clean divorce, no assets, properties or kids, I guess go for hiring her. But if theres even a cat you guys might fight over, I wouldnt suggest it, unless you feel like putting her kids through college. I wasnt going to write this review that I had been sitting on for over a year but the last invoice I received from this woman was 9/20/17, which I paid and told myself I would never deal with her again. But she has the audacity to threaten a civil suit for literally docket review charges totaling $50 from JUL-OCT 2017, which she never even sent me the invoice for. I received no calls, letters, or emails. I did call to ask for any emails sent about that invoice because I wanted to make sure I didn't accidentally delete it but of course her assistant couldn't find anything. Do yourself a favor and get a shark not a guppie. At the end of the day I understand theyre all after your money but at least get one that will win things for you.

Ms. Lopez had excellent results in her case, during my firm's representation of her. Ms. Lopez was fully satisfied at the time her case was closed. However, due to Attorney-Client Privilege governed by the Ethical Rules of Professional Conduct, I am prohibited from disclosing any of the details about her case. However, now apparently she has given my business a negative review on Google, because of a simple billing issue described in her review. Some Clients lose appreciation of their attorney's efforts in their cases with the lapse of time.

My soon to be Fiance and I decided together that a prenup makes the most sense for us and would be a fair way of protecting both of our assets. We were looking to the services of Milene Hernandez to represent my significant other to assist her to review a draft prenuptial agreement. I explicitly instructed the my attorney to write the agreement to be very fair and mutual for the both of us. We contacted the Law office and the fees we were told were to be around $300 if there was nothing significantly unfair in the document. Before any interaction with the Law Office of Milene Hernandez we were both in a good place and comfortable with the way we decided the prenuptial agreement should read at a high level. The day of the appointment we were then told the fees would be upwards of $1,500 dollars for a review witch was more than it costed to draft the document. WITHOUT ANY ATTORNEY READING THE AGREEMENT, my significant other left the law offices of Milene Hernandez in tears and completely changed her perspective towards our situation. Again WITHOUT ANYONE FROM THE LAW OFFICE READING What is supposed to be a fair agreement to protect the both of us. Our relationship is now scared forever based on one meeting with the law offices of Milene Hernandez with no legal review of the document proposed. The Attorney's services were needed to review a document and make sure the client was well informed of what is in the document and supposed to assist the client to make informed decisions on whether or not something should be changed. Changes and modifications were welcomed and encouraged if any were felt to be necessary however instead we wasted our time and got preconceived notions made by the attorney that has damaged our relationship. We will work hard to repair this and undo the unnecessary tension created by this office visit.

My office has never rendered any legal services to Drew Dorben, and, therefore, his review is an inaccurate depiction of my office. My office always has its Clients best interests at heart. It is very common for there to be tensions with discussions pertaining to Prenuptial Agreements between partners, since that document is usually requested by the person with more income and assets to protect themselves from the other person in the event of a divorce. Therefore, it is very important that both persons have independent counsel to be aware of their legal rights and negotiate the Prenuptial Agreement, so it is a fair contract for both.
