What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
According with the project size, remodeling a bedroom, a living room, what to expect, how to reduce time and efforts. For example when planning a remodeling must consider the trash, where to throw it, how to deliver, is a cost, and many time we charge for that, and prices are included in our estimates. Some consumers doesn’t want to deals with trash or waste, but is super important and have a cost. Delivery materials, projects like wood fence, requires cement bags, wood stuff, they are heavy and need professional delivery, regularly by hardware suppliers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking first his goals, budget $$$$$$ framing time, communication of a key to be successfully achieved
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electricity, plumbing, online painting services, online handy educational and others skills development with other professional in the field.
