They started with cleaning our chimney, sealed it and placed the correct cover. Our shingles were also repaired and some replaced well with materials arriving on time. They didn't fail!

Very quick response time and very considerate of the house (covered floor in area where they worked so the rug would not get dirty m). Also, they followed up with a call the next day to make sure that the service was to our satisfaction, and they were very helpful in providing general fireplace care advice and answering our general fireplace questions. Would definitely use them again.

Just got off the phone to the tech is a nice man gave me some great advice for my concerns with chimney, most deffntly would have saved me some coin aswell thanks mate much appreciated👍

I wouldn't use anyone else for my chimneys. Ian is punctual, does a great job, completely tidy room after, and with a certificate of assurance. He also makes honest and welcome recommendations about other safety measures in the house (carbon monoxide detectors for example, and recommendations for chimney caps on unused chimneys). No need to look elsewhere!
