I've had the opportunity to work with James for about 6 months. He helped me reach my goal of losing 30 pounds but I have since continued to train with him even after having reached my goal because I find so much value in training with him. He continues to push me and hold me accountable. I've become good friends with James over the past few months, and it's evident that he cares about his clients progress. I recommend James to anyone who is really serious about reaching their fitness goals!

When I decided to register for an obstacle course, I had never even set foot in a gym. With James Bolduc's help and guidance, I have learned how to live a healthier lifestyle and now feel confident about my performance in the upcoming race. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants to see and feel results.

James is a very professional young man who has finally helped me to enjoy working out. I've learned a lot from him and finally I look forward to my gym sessions. I look forward seeing how much my body can accomplish all with the help of my amazing personal trainer.

I was able to learn about eating right and balanced instead of having a set, strict meal plan that's hard to abide by. I also learned proper techniques when working out and different ways to workout. Not only did I do strength training, but I was able to expand my workouts with HIIT and interval training. Tough workouts but so worth it!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for experience and education. Shop around and actually speak to trainers about how they can help YOU reach your goals. Nowadays everyone is a trainer and it is easy to fall pray to cheap services. Dollar signs don't necessarily mean high quality. Don't be fooled. I've seen trainers charge anywhere from $75-100 teaching clients atrocious deadlift and squat technique. My best advice is, ask questions, prod deep, they're working for you so don't hesitate to ask them tough questions.
