FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for experience and education. Shop around and actually speak to trainers about how they can help YOU reach your goals. Nowadays everyone is a trainer and it is easy to fall pray to cheap services. Dollar signs don't necessarily mean high quality. Don't be fooled. I've seen trainers charge anywhere from $75-100 teaching clients atrocious deadlift and squat technique. My best advice is, ask questions, prod deep, they're working for you so don't hesitate to ask them tough questions.
