Introduction: My approach towards healing is guided entirely by my intuition. Through this method, I am able to navigate and provide a heart centered healing space for each client. The ability to change and impact peoples lives by the power of energetic healing. It's was such a great experience to share a yoga class with Natalie. I'm a beginner and she really takes her time to focus on the correct postures and helps you tune in with your breath. There are some poses that are a bit difficult for me but she makes sure to observe and helps you align your body the right way. She is a beautiful, loving, and a happy soul! I recommend to take her class.
