Chef Lauren is very attentive to your needs and almost anticipates your unspoken dreams. She's kind of like magic! Chef Lauren allowed me to carefully choose my tasting selection while she navigated me to the perfect selection for my guest to enjoy. She was even able to pull together strict dietary needs for a few guest that do the no-gluten & absolute vegan thing...She didn't bat an eye when I asked if the changes were possible. Every plate & appetizer that came out was a pleasure to watch as my guest became anxious when they were next to be served. Absolute pleasure!! If she'll have me, my next event is all hers. My experience with LauRed was amazing. Chef Lauren worked with me on my menu and gave great suggestions on how to make the food for my event special. Chef Lauren was capable of prepping, cooking and serving 200 people on time with very little assistance. It was very important that I worked with someone that had fresh ideas because I did not want the same old basic items that you normally see at most events. Chef Lauren at LauRed was able to achieve this for me. I would recommend LauRed to anyone for any event.
