- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in providing quality work at a fair price. Every project is different, so I offer free estimates based on the details of the job. Whether you need furniture assembly, furniture delivery, moving services, or old furniture removal, I work hard to provide excellent value while making sure the job is completed with care and attention to detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about the customer's project and gathering the details needed to provide an estimate. Once we agree on the scope of work, we schedule a convenient time for the service. On the day of the job, I arrive prepared and ready to work. My focus is on completing the project efficiently, treating all furniture and belongings with care, and making sure everything is assembled, moved, delivered, or removed properly before the job is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work in furniture assembly, moving services, furniture delivery, and furniture removal. Over time, I have developed the skills needed to safely handle furniture, follow assembly instructions, use the proper tools, and complete projects with attention to detail. I continue to learn and improve with every job I complete.
