Building & HOA approvals Let us take care of securing all necessary paperwork, including preparing and submitting building or homeowner association approvals. Inspections & risk assessment We perform necessary diagnostics including, electrical load tests, asbestos testing, and wall probes to ensure safety and prepare for any required adjustments or remediations. Phase 2: Design development & approvals Design & material selection Interior design Work closely with your interior designer to finalize the project's design and select materials before construction begins.
