I renovated my bathrooms with NS Design and Construction six months ago. Being a busy professional my main concern was how much time I would have to put into this project. Niko took care of everything for me from permits to drawings to buying materials. It was truly a concierge service. Extremely pleased with my renovated bathrooms!!!

I hired NS Design & Construction to remodel a full bath and a half bathroom. They managed to do the renovation in a timely manner and most importantly for me my house remained clean and organized even during the demolition phase. They were professional and I love the quality of the materials used and the quality of the finished product. Highly recommend Nikos.

My project was last year. I had an empty space/playroom and I wanted to use it for an extra income. I had a few ideas but Niko had more. He actually converted it into an efficiency room, adding a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, even an extra AC unit with a separate electrical panel. He took care of all the permits and inspections. At the end, my house got extra value so I sold it in a very good price.
I totally recommend Niko and his team.
