I had some really terrible experiences finding a contractor before coming to Thumbtack as a last resort. I found Sespeca & Ricardo was able to get started almost Immediately (Same week). He was very responsive, timely, and his work quality and knowledge was appreciated compared to others I had met with. He completed me small bathroom and worked with my budget and needs in a short time frame. I will be using his services again for future work and recommend him to anyone! See photos for what a previous contractor left my bathroom like, to what he was able to complete in less than 2 weeks of work. He finished the walls, added a new custom shower door, installed new mirror, vanity, toilet, and freshened up the existing floor tile.

I have found it a challenge in the past when looking for competent contractors who are able to quote you on a project and then deliver on what they promised. From the first day I contacted Ricardo he was the consummate professional. He showed up exactly on time to do a walk through of my bathroom where I was in need of renovation work and quoted me a fair price for the project. I did get another quote from a different contractor and his quote was more competitive. All the references he gave me were also very happy with his team’s work. I ended up doing my project in phases and for the first phase of my project, his workers showed up on time and completed the work perfectly. I will definitely be contacting him again when I’m ready to complete the rest of my project. I highly recommend Ricardo and his company if you want a stress free experience at a competitive price. Shower pan was improperly installed by prior GC, causing water damage behind walls. Ricardo came, assessed, reinstalled shower pan, and repaired damage. Very responsive and very responsible. Super clean work!
