I had a great experience with Alejandro and the rest of the team from Dade Power Systems. From the initial meeting with Alejandro, until my install was completed, he kept me informed and updated with all the work that would be taking place. When my install was complete, Alejandro came to my house and explained how my portable home system works. I was so impressed by this companys customer service,that I will continue using them to service my generator when service is due. Wow. I am SPEECHLESS. What a company, able to deliver exactly what I needed, in a short amount of time. My generator broke down on me and I wasnt even able to get in touch with these people much less try to repair it without me having to sell my house. At dade power they were with me every step of the way. The customer service? You just dont see it like that anymore. Let me tell you that Alejandro is a generator WIZARD. And the team is always willing to go above and beyond, at an above reasonable price. If you guys have any interests, even in just a quote Im telling you THIS IS THE SPOT.
