We do not do that. We want to keep the quality high as well as our standards. We will do our best to keep all our clients happy. The way we work is to set up a phone call to discuss and determine the work that needs to be done. If we decide to move forward, then we will do a contract with the details of the job along with start dates and timelines. 90% of jobs are flat rates, so you know how much you are paying for labor. A good way that we have found is for our clients to have a punch list, and then we can give a flat rate for this list to be completed. There is a minimum service call charge of 150 plus what Thumbtack charges for your lead. We have many satisfied clients and look forward to serving you.
