My rate is $50 per hour with a 2-hour minimum per job. I always provide upfront estimates, so there are no hidden fees. For larger projects or repeat clients, I’m open to discussing discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for a description and photos of the project to understand the scope of work. Then, I provide an estimate and schedule a convenient time. I always clarify all details in advance and maintain clear communication throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on experience. I fully renovated three apartments myself, handling every stage from rough construction to installing furniture and decorative elements.
