FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing simple, transparent, and project-based — no surprises. Every job starts with a quick walkthrough or photos so we can give you an accurate number before we ever start. Here’s how we structure it: Upfront, flat pricing: We price by scope, not by guessing. You’ll know your full cost before work begins. Free in-person or photo estimate: You can text project photos anytime for same-day pricing. No hidden fees: Disposal, cleanup, and protection are always included unless noted. Discounts available: 5% off for Net-14 10% off for Net-7 Multi-room and larger-square-footage projects receive reduced pricing Fast starts: Many of our Miami projects begin within 24–72 hours after approval. High standards: We specialize in premium tile, flooring, and interior finishes. Quality and communication are our priorities. If you’d like a quick estimate, send me 2–3 photos and approximate square footage — I’ll reply right away.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, fast, and built around clear communication. Here’s how we work: 1. Quick introduction & photos You can text project photos or upload them here on Thumbtack. This lets us give you a real estimate without any guesswork. 2. Free on-site or virtual estimate We walk the space, confirm measurements, discuss materials, and answer any questions. You’ll receive a clear, written estimate with no surprises. 3. Scope confirmation & scheduling Once you approve the scope, we lock in your start date. Most Miami projects begin within 24–72 hours depending on size. 4. Protection & prep We install temporary protection, prep all surfaces, and make sure your home stays clean and organized during the work. 5. Installation or demolition Our team handles everything: prep, install, demolition (if needed), leveling, cleanup, and disposal. 6. Final walkthrough We review the finished work together to ensure everything meets our standards — and yours. 7. Ongoing support You get direct access to us anytime. We stand behind our work and offer continued support after the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a commercial construction background with experience across all asset classes — residential, multifamily, retail, hospitality, industrial, and Class-A commercial. Before relocating to Miami, I worked nationally on exterior, interior, and flooring projects for brands, developers, and GCs across multiple states. In Florida, I’m a licensed home inspector, trained in building systems, structural components, waterproofing, and finish quality. I’ve completed manufacturer trainings in roofing, waterproofing, coatings, tile, and flooring systems, and I stay current with Florida Building Code and industry best practices. Our team combines hands-on field experience with commercial-level project management, which means you get professional communication, clean work, and a finish that meets higher standards than typical residential contractors. If you’d like references or examples from similar projects, just let me know — I’m happy to share.
